Joy A. Adams is the CEO of Covenant Wealth Financial. She is a Certified <\/span>Cash Flow Specialist<\/span><\/a> and a Group Benefits Advisor with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.<\/span><\/p>

Her cash flow management knowledge has proven invaluable to her clients. She has worked with many of them to harness their cash flow so they can refocus their resources on the things that matter to them while building their wealth.<\/span><\/p>

Joy\u2019s extensive group benefits knowledge has allowed her to work with fast-growing technology startups in implementing flexible and cost-effective health benefits packages to support their growth.<\/span><\/p>

Joy is a community builder and a serial entrepreneur who believes that entrepreneurship is a vehicle for wealth creation. She has won several recognition awards for her entrepreneurial spirit and community involvement.<\/span><\/p>

She is the Community Director of <\/span>South Simcoe Community Startup<\/span><\/a>. SSCS is an entrepreneurial-led community that supports entrepreneurs to connect them to the resources they need to launch and grow.
